About Me

My love for fitness and promoting healthy lifestyles was created during my youth when I trained to become a nationally ranked competitive gymnast and competitive dancer. The importance of passion, hard work, discipline and dedication were ingrained in me at a very early age, and these same principles guide me today as a personal trainer specialist.

In 2017, I graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with an Honours BA, Kinesiology and Physical education degree. During my academic years, I actively sought out practical applications to improve my knowledge-base and I became the strength and conditioning intern for Laurier athletics, the student athletic therapist for Laurier Cheerleading, a motor control research lab assistant, and a kinesiologist for a local Waterloo physiotherapy clinic.

After graduation, I continued my education by becoming a Canfitpro certified personal trainer specialist, NASM certified corrective exercise specialist, and I am First Aid Level C/AED-certified. I am renowned for my ability to assess an individual’s needs and limitations and to create the optimal program for each individual client that is both incrementally challenging and achievable.

I have a diversified group of clients ranging in age and fitness levels from as young as 12 to as old as 93, and it is exciting and stimulating to work with each client’s unique personality and fitness goals. My passion is to help them achieve a healthier, more active lifestyle, or train them for a career change, help them achieve a sports-related scholarship, or help them build muscle and flexibility for a new sport when they retire.

I guide and motivate every client in every training session through my own work ethic and enthusiasm. My clients respect the high standard I set, not only for them, but for myself as well. They trust me to go above and beyond to ensure they are on a safe, challenging, and realistic track to become the best they can be. I understand how physically, emotionally and mentally challenging it is to become fit and my client’s journey becomes my journey, too. That’s my promise: I’ll be there every step of the way to help you become fit.


1:1 Sessions (In person or Virtual)

30 minute sessions:
A condensed, personalized one-on-one program designed to achieve an individual’s fitness goals. The 30-minute program is most beneficial when it has a single focus, and best suits the client looking to improve strength or mobility during that session.

60 minute sessions:
An intense one-on-one power hour designed to provide the client with a well-rounded workout composed of an active warm-up, strength training, circuit finisher, and ending with mobility stretches. The hour allows the client to cover all aspects of a thorough workout - building muscle, incorporating cardiovascular training, and increasing flexibility.

Online Custom Programming (3 month Commitment)
A shared online program that provides progressive monthly workout plans covering strength and mobility exercises. Best suited for individuals who have the motivation and dedication to follow a personalized fitness program on their own. Clients are still able to give and receive feedback through sharing videos, as well as updating their weight and other physical statistics, and asking questions whenever needed.

Handstand Workshop

Details: July 24th, 1pm EST

Participants will be put through a full follow along 1 hour handstand conditioning class . The workshop is designed to help build body awareness, learn the fundamentals of a handstand, and increase both flexibility and mobility. During the workshop you will be guided through a variety of drills and provided with specific feedback. Lastly the workshop will be recorded and sent to participants so they can have a copy of the workshop.
